It’s important to note that these timelines do not cover design revisions; any adjustments to the actual designs will be addressed separately and may affect the overall project timeline. This ensures that you can quickly adapt content to your evolving needs while maintaining high design quality.

WHY WOULDN’T I JUST HIRE A FULL-TIME DESIGNER?
Because I don't want to deal with bureaucracy, paying for their insurance, paying their pension, I can never fire them. It's a risk on its own to hire, and it's also expensive to onboard alone. A designer would easily get paid €2000 a month, that's after tax, so I would need to pay them almost €3500-€4000 for them to get €2000. Not to mention the equipment purchases, time in the office, and maintenance. Maintaining people is expensive. I am talking from experience; I recently got married.
WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU DESIGN IN?
We utilise XD, Adobe Illustrator, and photoshop, but many requests are designed using Figma, so that they may be easily edited.
IS THERE ANY DESIGN WORK YOU DON’T COVER?
Our packages do not encompass Brand Identity, App Design, or Web Design. These foundational services are available separately and are typically established at the beginning of our partnership. Once your foundational branding is set, our packages provide the benefit of monthly website updates and ongoing design assistance to ensure your brand's continuous evolution and presence.
ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS IF I DON’T LIKE THE SERVICE?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, please let us know and we will take care of the termination process. We would appreciate knowing the reason for your cancellation so that we can make improvements to our subscriptions for other customers as well.
DO I NEED TO SIGN A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
No, just sign up and stay with us for as long as you want, if you are no longer happy or circumstances change, give us a shout and we can cancel your subscription.
